Service Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service within one week, we will gladly take every effort to make you happy.  We reserve the right to view any service that is unsatisfactory to you, find out the necessary details, and be given the opportunity to correct it by whatever means we feel will be best for the integrity of the hair/skin/nail at that moment in time.

Product refunds

We use and recommend only professional products.  We accept the return of any product, UNOPENED, with receipt, in original condition within 14 days for full refund through original means of purchase.  Products given as part of service, i.e. for Keratin treatments, are not eligible for any refunds or credits.

Children in the spa

Salons and spas have dangerous equipment that can cause serious harm and therefore, we ask for your child to be under your supervision at all times and not wander the facility.  We regret children are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service. We appreciate it!


Personal possessions

The salon provides robes for you to change into while removing clothing to ensure you do not harm your clothing and/or get it soiled.  We do not assume any responsibility for your clothing and belongings while in our facility and we ask for you to make the choice most suitable for you.

Pricing structure

We have many different levels of talent and expertise in our salons and spas and prices may vary accordingly.  Timing, expertise, accomplishments, varying amounts/lengths of hair, required product, and educational achievements are all factors in the pricing structure for each individual.  We recommend consultations prior to any service with the technician performing the service to make sure you comfortable with the price level and personality.


Promotions

Any promotional offers, discounts or incentives may only be used one per visit.  They have no cash value and are non-transferable, intended to be used specifically for the offer and/or person intended.  They are not exchangeable.  Thank you for your understanding.


Cash back policy

We do not accept money over exact amount on credit cards and checks. We have an ATM machine for your convenience.


Check return

If checks are returned for any reason, there is a $20.00 charge. Payment must be made with credit card or cash for the entire amount.


Lost or stolen items

We ask that you take your jewelry, earrings, etc. off before beginning any service and keep them in your possession while being serviced. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen items of any type.


Cancellation policy

We support a 24 hour cancellation notice for any service and 48 hour notice for a Keratin Treatment, Hair Extensions, multiple services and Day of Beauty Packages.  We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled service (without proper notice) for no show appointments.

Timing

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your first appointment to enjoy a spa/salon tour and relax with refreshment before your service.  We strive to remain on time for your appointment to give adequate quality of service.
