The team of Lanphier Day Spa and Salon consists of a variety of stylists, colorists, assistants, estheticians, massage and wellness therapists, nail technicians, makeup artists, front desk and support staff, and management all working together like a family with one common goal, to provide the ultimate in service and meet every expectation of our guests.

Lanphier Day Spa and Salon requires continuing education to meet the rigid standards of excellence we are known for. Our skills are continually scrutinized and are thoroughly monitored to ensure the highest quality of work is consistently provided. We also carefully research to provide the best in quality products and the latest in services that have proven track records and actual results.

Lanphier and Decleor require strict and vigorous training with only accepting the finest in licensed estheticians to service our guests. Continuing educational training for all staff helps us remain the leaders in our chosen field.

Many of our staff have National certifications and have accomplished goals few have achieved. Often you will see them featured in news articles and trade publications and we have many of their awards on site for your viewing.
